PRODUCTS

All photographs are taken in-house and attempt to best represent the products color and texture.  Any additional inquiries regarding the product can be sent to support@happylittleyarn.com

Each product listing is for one item unless indicated otherwise.  Items are photographed in multiples to better assist you in visual representation of the product.  Example: if three skeins of yarn are photographed, only one skein represents the purchase price listed on the items page.

Information provided on product pages are entailed to best characterize each items description to the best of our ability. If you see anything that may misconstrue the product’s integrity, please let Happy Little Yarn know at your convenience.  We are here to accommodate you with high quality products and high quality customer service.

Yarn, and any other products, will be sent to you as photographed, and in its original packaging (if any). 

Any issue you may have with the product as far as project results or personal judgement on dependability is not the responsibility of Happy Little Yarn.  We offer products based on the appearance and quality at the time we are in possession of the item.  Any product that is not considered to be in new condition will not be offered in the Happy Little Yarn store for customers to purchase.   

 

SHIPPING

Purchased products will be mailed 1-3 business days after purchase date.  All shipments are sent insured.  A tracking number will be provided on each purchase upon order fulfillment.  Packages will be packed carefully, efficiently, and in order to prevent damages.  Any damaged items will be the customer’s responsibility to file an insurance claim with the United States Postal Service for these items. 

 

REFUNDS

No refunds will be provided on lost purchases in route if the address provided is incorrect or unable to be validated.  Issues with lost products during delivery will be the customer’s responsibility to follow up with USPS regarding tracking and insurance claims.  Any shipments that are damaged at the time of delivery due to weather, poor handling via customer/postal service during/after delivery, or theft due to publically exposed packages upon delivery will not be replaced or refunded.  Damages to the product(s) due to poor unpacking will not be replaced or refunded.  Please take care in opening sensitive materials such as breakables, fiber/fabric related products, along with any other purchased products.   

Refunds will be issued if you are unsatisfied with the product before use.  You must return any merchandise before 20 days of receiving the items.  If the label is removed from the yarn, along with any other product(s), we will not be able to issue a refund.  Shipping cost for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer, with no refund.  Items returned will be inspected to make sure they returned in the condition in which they left.  At that time, a refund will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the purchased products.  Time for refund to process depends on the banks issuing time frame.

Refunds will be provided in the same fashion in which it was originally paid for. 

 

EXCHANGES

Due to limited inventory, no exchanges are accepted.
